Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges

When will my items ship?

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your retail order to be made, unless otherwise specified. 
Due to current postal delays, all U.S domestic orders will be shipped via Priority Mail. 

Refunds and or exchanges: 

are available for 21 days from receipt of item.

Please email me at hello (at) lgreenwaltjewelry (dot) com to make return/ exchange arrangements or, if you're in the USA, please fill out this return form.

The following items can't be returned or *exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale (*exchange is ok)

• Cost of shipping is non-refundable

• Gift certificate purchases (gift cards do not expire)

• Items purchased with a gift certificate (*exchange is ok) 

                   

    Ordering for Internationally?

Please know that your country may charge tax / VAT fees. 

                     L.Greenwalt Jewelry is not responsible for these fees and cannot pay them, as it is illegal to do so. 
 

~All jewelry can be fragile, so it is important to treat it with care and love~

 

~Harsh chemicals: perfumes and certain topical chemical lotions can tarnish and or damage jewelry,  please be mindful of not directly spraying your jewelry while misting with some lovely cologne or perfume for the day :) ~
